What else will be included?

1. The code that calculates div width/height will be completely different, so the converter will (actually should) behave much better when converting complex tables.

2. There will be a couple of new checkboxes/textfields to allow manual adjustment of new algorithm.

3. It will be a "real" desktop application.

4. The full version of v2.0 will be freely available (at no additional charge) to existing customers.

FYI v1.2.0 has been made available for download on the main website. It has a few additional checkboxes which allow a greater control over the conversion process. This version has not been announced "officially" since it still uses the old conversion algorithm and has some issues when converting complex nested tables. v2.0 will be use completely different logic. Still I decided to make v1.2.0 available for download so that beta testers could give it a try and say if the new checkboxes make any difference.

I think it's because of the CSS that are on that page already.

Most conversion problems are caused by the fact that the converter is unable to calculate correctly the size of the divs that are to replace the table, tr, td tags. The presence of external css files additionally aggravates the issue, however the problem could happen even without external css files. I am working on table2css v2.0 (the beta will be out in about a couple of weeks) which should be able to handle these complex cases.

Thank you for reporting these issues. I will check why the html pages failed to convert correctly.

I tried the online demo for these sites:
http://diffusionstudios.com/temp/tables/layout.php
http://www.google.com/intl/en/about.html
And both came out very, very messed up. I don't think anyone should invest any money in this product.
