Hi,
Thank you for your suggestion. It is a good one and I am adding it to our TO DO list.

Just a small note though - Windows 7 (and I think Windows Vista too) no longer allow you to edit Comments and other similar fields for any generic file type. Now it is possible only for file types like JPEG and TIFF (and MP3 btw) which contain such information inside the file itself (so called EXIF data).

So I guess for GIF and PNG we'll have to leave the description empty.

Actually we also have the reverse feature on our TODO list - the ability to populate the EXIF data from the Description in Rapid Gallery Creator.

We'll have to think how exactly to combine these two opposite features

Best regards,
Vesselin

Oh, yes happy holidays too :-)

Sorry. App is working so well I forgot to come back the the support site. 8)

Possibly the title could come from the file property \"Title\", description from the file property \"Comments\" and alt text maybe just populate with the dimentions, (or some variation on that idea.)

Cheers and happy holidays,
DMUL

Hi,
Thank you for the nice words!

Regarding the command-line interface - I think we can add it to our \\\"TO DO\\\" list. However there is one problem - when the program is run from the command line and the image list is populated from a directory, it is not possible to set titles, alt text and descriptions, so these will have to be left empty.

Do you have any suggestion on how to workaround this issue?

Best regards,
Vesselin

Rapid Gallery is really handy!
One suggestion that would make it even more so would be to have an automation option. This would require that image files could be a configured as an input folder instead of a manual selection and support of a command line on launch to specify the project file (that would result in an an automatic \"CREATE\" followed by \"EXIT\".
