New features:
- Support for the conversion of obsolete HTML tags has been added. The following obsolete tags are optionally replaced with CSS code:

- A conversion wizard has been added. This wizard simplifies the configuration and running of Table2CSS when performing standard tasks.
Fixes:
- Pages with framesets were not processed correctly. This has been fixed.
- In some cases tables with dangling open tags inside caused Table2CSS to miss the content of such tables. This has been fixed.
- Handling of overlapping HTML tags has been improved and should never cause duplicate content.
- Table2CSS used to crash when used tried to highlight a <param> tag in the DOM viewer. This has been fixed.
- Now it is possible to process local files with filename extensions other than .html and .htm
- In some cases the help tooltips were permanently deactivated. This has been fixed.
