a) Replace tables and obsolete HTML tags.
b) Replace tables only.
c) Replace tables only (closest to the original).

Functionality improvements:
- When empty tags are removed in Smart mode, the ones that have an ID, CLASS, STYLE, SRC or HREF attributes are left intact.
- The \"Format output\" setting has been changed to a drop-down allowing the user to force tabbed output even for tags where Table2CSS would previously
leave the output on a single line.
- Improved output for HTML code that does not conform to the specified document type.
- Improved vertical alignment of table cells.
- Now Table2CSS is able to download page requisites referenced from JavaScript code.
Fixed defects:
- In some cases Table2CSS crashed when trying to replace a <CENTER> tag. This has been fixed.
- In some rare cases Table2CSS could crash when unclosed tags were found. This has been fixed.
- Fixed minor defects in the user interface when displaying results on Windows 7.
- In some rare cases Table2CSS could lock-up if the HTML code contained too many overlapping tags (e.g. <font><b></font></b>). This has been fixed.
