Am a newbie to the table2css converter and have converted a tabled page, however in IE 6 & 7 it has added huge amount of whitespace to the end of the webpage, so their is an extremely long scroll bar added to the page.

have tested it in mozilla and it works fine.

has anyone come across this problem and is there a fix for it

please help

thanks

Hi,
This could happen if you had configured your Internet Explorer to use large font size instead of the normal (default) font size. If this is the case try setting your font size to normal, then convert the page and see if this fixes the problem.

If your browser already uses a default font size, I would be interested in taking a look at the problematic page. Please send an archived copy of the page to support@table2css.com. If you are converting a web URL, then just emailing the URL will suffice.

Best regards,
Vesselin

By the way some old versions of Table2CSS had this problem even when IE used normal font sizes during conversion. So before trying the conversion please make sure you are using the latest version which is 2.8.1 as of now.

If you cannot get the page to convert correctly just email the problematic page to support@table2css.com and I will check if it is a bug in Table2CSS

Hi,
Table2CSS 2.8.2 is available for download. It corrects (or at least should correct) the issue that you observed.
