Once again I forgot to login, but I think it is obvious that the previous message is mine.

HI Vesselin,

yes it is 96 DPI.

I don't get it, what do you mean by the converted files (both HTML and CSS). I have only one converted file. You don't mean the original file file, do you?

Regards
Mick

Hi Mick,
In Windows 7 there is also a separate setting for the font side which is different from the DPI setting. Please follow the first 5 steps shown here:
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/11 ... hange.html
The page describes how to reach the "Font size" settings in the control panel.
Can you please let me know what font size is using your Windows 7?

Regarding the sending of the file two files (HTML and CSS) - I don't mean the original HTML file. By default Table2CSS generates 2 files - one HTML file and another CSS file that contains the generated CSS rules. This is controlled from the [General] settings tab - there is a drop-down called "Style type" it can have one of the three possible values "Embedded", "External" or "Inline". The default setting which is External also generates an external CSS file which is used by the converted HTML file. So if you are using the External style, please send me the generated CSS file too. If you are using Embedded or Inline styles, then there is no CSS file so just send me the resulting HTML file.

Best regards,
Vesselin

Hi Vesselin,

as I have disabled all of the Windows visual enhancements except of "Smoooth edges of screen fonts", I don't reach step 5 at all. After hitting "Window Color", the old grey "Window Color and Appearance" Window comes up where I can only select the "Item". "Desktop" is set by default.

What item do you want me to select?

I tried "Item" = "Menu". Then "Font" is not greyed out, but it is "Tahoma" with size = 8.

Regards
Mick

Hi Mick,
I can setup a remote assistance session and take a look at the problem directly on your computer. I sent you an email with more details.

Best regards,
Vesselin

Hi Vesselin,

we don't need that. I changed the appearance to Aero and went through the first 5 steps.

The Font Segoe UI font size is 9.

The appearance of the converted page has not changed after changing the general appearance of the computer to aero.

I changed the relative values in the msm_style.css file from relative to absolute values (13px) and everything looks great in different browsers, on different computers and with Windows 7, Vista and even Greek XP.

Friendly regards and thanks
Mick
