Hi there,
just bought this software, but it does not work.

I did try all - installing as admin and also running as admin, comp. as xp Software. But it does not run proper!
Trying it with different files - but table2css stops with errors like
- Crash in .\source\converter\ConverterTable.cpp on line 88
- Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!
Program: C:\Program Files (x86)\Table2CSS\table2css.exe
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.

Any help available?
I have to convert 150+ table pages to css pages very fast.

And when I do not become this software running - maybe I will loose my job and how to get my cash back (30-day full money back guarantee) ?

thx meistre

Hi Meistre,
Can you please send the URL that you are trying to convert to support@table2css.com ? Or of you are trying to convert a local website, just email an archived version of the website. I would like to take a look and see if it this issue can be fixed.

In case you want a refund, let me know the email address under which you purchased the software and we will issue the refund.

Regards,
Vesselin

Hi Richard,
Many thanks for for reporting this issue. Please let me know which Windows version are you using, so we can fix this problem.

It seems that Table2CSS crashed when you tried to convert a local HTML file or template. You can workaround this issue by converting a remote web page, not located on your computer.

Best regards,
Vesselin

Hi Richard,
Thank you for providing the information. I tried running Table2CSS on Windows 7 64bit and couldn't reproduce the crash.

From the location of the crash it seems that the problem is not related to the converted file, but only to the installed version of Internet Explorer that you have on your computer. Is it the standard IE8 that comes with Windows 7 or maybe it is IE9 or IE10?

Also if it is not too much hassle for you, can you please check for the following DLL on your computer : iertutil.dll

It should be located in one of those two locations (or maybe in both of them):

\Windows\System32\iertutil.dll
\Windows\SysWOW64\iertutil.dll

Can you please let me know the filesize of this DLL and its date/time (in both locations)?

I think that this information should be enough to pinpoint and fix the problem.

Best regards,
Vesselin
