One of the older versions of Rapid Gallery Creator had this problem and we released an update which corrected this problem. Please go to:
http://www.rapidgallery.com/customer-area
and login using your email and password that you received after your purchase of Rapid Gallery Creator. Then after a successful login you should be able to download the updated version which doesn't have this problem.
If you don't have your login email and password handy, please send an email to
support@rapidgallery.com and we will send you the login information.
