Table2CSS 2.10.1 has been released

Table2CSS 2.10.1 has been released. Changes from the previous version include:

- Limited support for liquid(fluid) layouts has been added.
- When multiple files are converted names and structure of source directories are preserved.
- A workaround has been added to allow handling of FORM elements nested incorrectly inside TABLE elements.
- An option has been added to copy to copy additional page requisites (images, sounds, javascript files, CSS files, etc.) to the destination directory.
- The default link type has been changed to Relative.
- Command-line handling of vertical/horizontal units has been corrected.
- A bug has been fixed which caused default filenames like index.html to have CSS files with wrong names.
- Wherever it is possible CSS padding properties use a shorter syntax (padding: top-bottom left-right).
- A bug has been fixed which sometimes caused the generation of superfluous CSS padding properties.
