Table2CSS 2.10.10 has been released

Table2CSS 2.10.10 has been released. This is a bugfix release which corrects the following problems:

- A workaround has been added for a bug in IE6 and IE7 which prevented correct vertical centering of images through the line-height CSS property.
- When document type is switched from quirks or almost standards to a fully standards compatible one, the default line-height for the document is adjusted to mimic the line height in Quirks/Almost Standards mode. This prevents text content from overflowing outside of its container DIVs.
