Table2CSS 2.12.0 has been released

Table2CSS 2.12.0 has been released. Changes from the previous version include:

- Some of the general options have been moved into a separate tab panel "Table".
- An option has been added to skip actual conversion of tables to tableless code. This allows the use of Table2CSS as a generic HTML cleanup tool.
- An option has been added to allow collection of inline styles into stylesheets from all elements, not only from tables.
- An option has been added that allows the user to specify the location of generated external CSS files.
