Table2CSS 3.1.0 has been released

Table2CSS 3.1.0 has been released. Changes from the previous version include:

- Floating-layout tables that contained non-fixed height cells were laid out incorrectly. This has been fixed.
- Support for floating layouts has been added for tables that have rowspans without any colspans.
- Content of table cells was not aligned correctly when the alignment was specified through the CSS property "vertical-align" instead of the "valign" HTML attribute. This has been fixed.
- In some cases Internet Explorer showed unwanted white-space stripes around images in the converted pages. This has been fixed.
- In some cases Firefox misaligned images inside table cells. This has been fixed.
