Table2CSS 3.3.8 has been released

Table2CSS 3.3.8 has been released. Changes from the previous version include:

- Table cells spanning multiple columns could cause a crash. This has been fixed.
- Table cells converted in floating-rowspan mode had a superfluous "display: inline" property. It has been removed.
- Handling of table border attribute has been improved.
- Handling of tables with "border-collapse: collapse" has been improved.
- Converted table cells inherit inline styles from table rows when converted in absolute or floating-regular mode.
