Table2CSS 3.4.3 has been released

Table2CSS 3.4.3 has been released. Changes from the previous version include:

- A new option called "Default line height" has been added. It allows setting the default line height of converted pages to a standard percentage value. This allows to workaround Firefox issues when switching from Quirks or Almost standards mode to Full standards mode.

- A new checkbox called "Recurse subdirectories" has been added to the [Add directory] dialog. The new option is turned on by default and instructs Table2CSS to add files from subdirectories too.

- Several fixes have been made to the user interface of Table2CSS to prevent it from crashing and/or opening multiple "DOM viewer" windows.
