Table2CSS 3.7.0 has been released

Table2CSS 3.7.0 has been released. Changes from the previous version include:

- The checkbox "Force standards mode" has been replaced by a drop-down called "Promote DocType to". The new drop-down setting allows more flexible control over the change of doctypes. The default setting is to promote Quirks doctypes to Almost standards mode and to leave unchanged doctypes which specify Almost standards or Full standards mode. This fixes many small issues with the conversion of different web pages that use Quirks or Almost standards mode.
- Some of the "General" setting values have been moved to a new tab called "CSS".
- General improvements to the user interface of Table2CSS.
