Table2CSS 2.1.0 has been released

Table2CSS 2.1.0 has been released. This is a recommended upgrade. Changes from the previous version include:

- A problem has been fixed which caused non-table inline styles to be saved incorrectly. This could lead to distorted converted pages.
- Experimental support for floating layout has been added. It can be enabled by choosing "Floating" for the layout setting. Standard layout via absolute positioning is available by choosing the "Absolute" layout setting.
- Experimental option has been added that can enable/disable fixed row heights.
