Table2CSS 2.1.2 has been released

Table2CSS 2.1.2 has been released. This is a recommended upgrade. Changes from the previous version include:

- Support for the non-standard table attribute "background" has been added.

Additionally following minor improvements to the user interface have been made:

- The user interface has been updated to work correctly when Windows has been configured to use large size screen settings (large size DPI).
- The title of the input file dialog has been corrected to "Open" instead of "Save As".
- The main program window now can be minimized.
